Getting Ready for Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day just wouldn't be the same without conversation hearts. You can buy the commercial variety (below):

I haven't seen conversation lollies in the shops for years. Maybe I'm just not looking hard enough.

Mary, I wonder if they've become less universal (not sure). They're made by the Necco company, which is still in business and still soliciting new sayings for its less traditional boxes of hearts (they still sell Sweethearts with the tried and true sayings).
